Inspired by the flight path of a Monarch butterfly, an existing symbol of JTC, a flowing line echoes this journey and puts people at the heart of the campaign. ‘Shared’ develops a dual meaning, representing not only shared ownership itself, but heartwarming stories of gratitude shared by employees.
