A brand on the move

A mock brief for an internal communications campaigns. ‘The Hive’ was derived from the idea of workers as ‘bees’ coming together as a family to achieve the same goal, as a bee would in a beehive.

Bees are also often the symbol of sustainability which was something taken into consideration in the new build. The aim was to promote employees working together from the same space to ‘build the beating heart of Arco’. It is important that employees recognise the brand they are already familiar with whilst being different enough to encourage engagement.
